- Room service was not available, small restaurant was available down. Even though taste was good, it was difficult to go and get it every time with small kids and elders in family.
- Though to what ever extent we grow and we have Aims to achieve there will be lot of scope for improvement as this being service industry things keep changing. I would only recommend to be in line with the technology and the needs of the customer to be taken care to the latest improvement in this Industry.
- I wish there was a lift/elevator.Kindly start using card machines.Provide drinking water to guests upon arrival.

First of All i would appreciate the Staff for there hospitality before, during and while checkout of this stay. Though this place in great demand we could see the service is very courteous and appealing. As we had planned for the family but was not able to and had to send my wife and being alone she did not feel it as they took care very much and we would like to visit hear often as this belt is full of Temples and sight seeing places. This time the occasion was to attend Marriage function.
Though to what ever extent we grow and we have Aims to achieve there will be lot of scope for improvement as this being service industry things keep changing.
